Topic: Technology

Ideal for: Small business owners who want to simplify the way they use technology, explore useful tools, or make better decisions about the software they already have.

There are hundreds of technology tools promising to make running a small business easier—but adding more software doesn’t always make a business more efficient.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to choose and use technology based on what their business actually needs. We’ll cover practical tools that can help with communication, task management, customer management, documentation, automation, scheduling, and other common areas of running a small business.

The focus isn’t on using more technology. It’s on understanding where technology can save time, reduce manual work, keep information organized, and make it easier for a team to get work done.
