Endless Customers in the Age of AI: Website Strategies for Small Business Visibility (Online)
In a world full of generic AI-generated content, the businesses that win will be the ones that sound human, answer real questions, show real proof, and guide customers clearly. AI has changed the way people search, compare businesses, and decide who to trust. A website can no longer function as a simple online brochure. It needs to clearly explain what the business does, answer the questions buyers are already asking, prove that the business is real and credible, and help both people and AI understand why it can be trusted.
In this class, participants will learn how the Endless Customers mindset, StoryBrand messaging, trust-building content, and AI-friendly website structure work together to create a website that helps customers feel confident taking the next step.

By the end of this class, participants will understand how to:

market. - Apply StoryBrand principles to clarify the customer journey.
- Identify the human trust signals their website needs.
- Recognize the types of content that help customers and AI understand a
business. - Understand why FAQs, schema, headings, internal links, and service-area
content matter. - Evaluate whether their website is prepared for AI-powered search.
