Non-Profit Series: Deep Dive into Fundraising and Volunteer Management (Online)
This is the fun session! What is the heart of your organization? We will deep dive into creating your Mission, Vision, and Values. From there it’s time to think about the specific programs your nonprofit will organize around. We will work in 3’s.
The best strategy for nonprofit resource development is to diversify your portfolio. In the final session of the six-part series we will talk about building a fun fundraising strategy and how to tap into your volunteer champions. We will talk about in-kind services and how to leverage resources you might not even realize you already have!
