Participants will learn about essential HR practices, legal requirements, and effective strategies to build a great culture focused on people. By the end of the training, attendees will be better versed with the basic knowledge and skills needed to handle everyday people topics within their businesses.

Speaker(s): Amy Conway Amy has 20+ years of experience in Management and Human Resources spending most of her career working for one of North America’s most reputable retail brands, Nordstrom. As a leader on the business side, she was best known for her keen ability to leverage a company’s greatest assets, their people, which led to her passion for HR. Amy earned her BS from Indiana University, attained her SHRM-SCP certification and is a Certified Professional Coach.
