53 Ideas: Customer Discovery

Thu 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Topic: Business Basics

Businesses fail because of a lack of customers. Learn how to prove you have a market at the onset using the Customer Discovery process. Find out the best way to approach potential customers to ask for information about their needs and to obtain feedback on your potential idea/solution. This early feedback is priceless and will help you design the "ideal" solution itself - one that customers want and are willing to pay for. Don't fail for lack of product market fit!

This is the second of six training sessions for the 53 Ideas pitch competition. Those advancing in the top 53 are required to participate in the trainings to prepare for the next round of the competition. This and other training sessions are open to all that wish to attend and will be valuable for those seeking to start a business.
