This class teaches prospective new business owners how to write a start-up business budget, first six-months timeline planner and a simple business plan.
The presenter explains BUDGETING 101 for start-ups. These lessons apply to "for profit" businesses selling products and services and to "non-profits" as well. Income and expense models related to the products and services to be sold, as well as the many various types of expected expenses, are used to create budgets and business plans.
