Peter Drucker, the greatest management thinker ever, taught marketing is a core responsibility of business owners and executives. Here are three of Drucker’s timeless business principles:
- The purpose of a business is to create a customer.
- The business enterprise has two – only two – basic functions: Marketing and Innovation.
- Unless functions are done well, the business is at risk of not being sustainable.
Participants will discover Marketing Strategies that include an automated system that accomplishes the following three functions:
- Collect Leads: Target, Attract, and Capture
- Convert Leads: Engage, Offer, Close
- Create Fans: Deliver, Impress, Multiply
Participants will also review the Lifecycle marketing Self-Assessment to discover opportunities to accelerate the growth of their business by assuring a consistent flow of qualified leads on demand.
