Sales for Introverts Series

Sales is all about relationships and managing expectations. We are all in sales, whether we realize it or not, like it or not. Hornsby will share his personal story as an introverted artist and designer and how he overcame that to become a top-producing salesperson. He will show how not being a salesperson can be your strongest asset in actually making sales, if you find your authentic voice, know your craft, and get interested in the art and science of creative communication and psychology. Each session builds on the previous and can also be attended as a standalone.

September 20, Session 1 | Sales for Introverted Creatives 101
Though this seminar includes a framework with practical scenarios, it will also be interactive and focus-driven by the preferences of attendees. Participants will look at the why behind methods from which you can build on. The first step is getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, but not in a scary way.

This is not a talk about funnels, prospects, conversions and the like though that all is super important, and Hornsby will touch on it. This is focused on communication tools and self-work to overcome your internal roadblocks.

Throughout this workshop, Hornsby will cover a range of topics that will help you become more effective at achieving your goals.

  • Defining Sales and Customer Service
  • Sales Objections
  • Stages of the Sales Cycle
  • Common Challenges
  • Potential Solutions
