As mask mandates loosen or go away altogether, there is a domino effect on business owners who are struggling to balance the concerns and wishes of their customers. Some businesses are following state and local regulations, some are tied to a more corporate stance on masks while others are making up their own rules on this issue regardless of what others are doing.
