Consumer behavior has evolved within the past five years. Seventy-four percent of business-to-business buyers are conducting more than half of their research online before ever talking to a salesperson. Over 60% of the sales cycle is over before a rep gets involved, leaving marketing to be your company's voice for over half of the sales cycle. These developments have necessitated an evolution in sales and marketing - smarketing. Smarketing is the combination of our sales and marketing efforts towards increasing revenue. This course will cover the new business-to-business buyer landscape, and how to implement a smarketing initiative in our own company.

If you're starting a business, you'll probably need a loan - a credit card to help with cash flow, a line of credit in case of emergencies, or for start-up capital. New business owners haven't had a chance to build their business credit so lenders base creditworthiness on personal credit. This seminar will tell you how to maintain and build your personal credit so you can get those first loans. You'll also receive information on how, once established in business, you can build your business credit to make sure you continue to have the capital needed to be successful.
