How to Write a 1 Page Business Plan Session #2

This Fast-Paced Program is Designed Specifically for Entrepreneurs: ***It is highly encouraged for all participants to attend all three sessions.*** The One Page Business Plan is designed to help extremely busy people rethink their business strategically and craft a clear, concise actionable plan on a single page... and do it quickly and easily with expert training and guidance. This is a highly interactive live seminar series, facilitated by The Director of Training and Implementation for the One Page Business Plan Company. Assignments between sessions along with peer, group and instructor feedback are designed to have each entrepreneur leave with a blueprint for growth and success. Session 2: Participants learn the secret of how linking Objectives and Strategies insure both short- and long-term success. We then move into reviewing and providing feedback on participants’ first drafts. Focus then turns to fine tuning the Vision & Mission Statements that clearly define the focus and future of the business as well as focused Objectives to quantify their progress and success. This session is highly interactive; peers share best practices that stimulate creative and strategic thinking. Participants receive instructor and group feedback on their plans. Due to intellectual properties, AI notetaking through Zoom will not be permitted.
