Week 1: Understanding Airbnb Investment Opportunities, Goal Setting, and Market Investigation + Market Selection, Finding Funding, and Evaluating Investment Returns Get ready to jump in! We will cover why now is the perfect time to capitalize on Airbnb opportunities, explore existing obstacles, how to find your personal “drive” to invest, and begin investigating markets for your investment(s). We will review investment types, such as hosting experiences, land use, camp sites, yurts, tiny homes, and single family homes/cabins. We will also review a few potential (rural) North Carolina markets and use software to pinpoint the best opportunities for investment, explore the many funding options available, and give you metrics to assess what a property can generate in revenue.
