The third session of the EntreGROW Accelerator Series, this seminar will help entrepreneurs identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that will guide their business decisions. In addition to learning about KPI’s, participants will also explore creating a roadmap for their business that will help them progress toward their intended outcomes and measure success.

Mentoring Sessions: For each business owner that completes all 8 sessions, time will be set aside to review your action plan with a business coach or business expert in a particular field. You will be given tips on how to move forward with your plan to help your business thrive.
