Seminar: How to Negotiate the Perfect Workplace Lease Date: October 26, 2017 Day: Thursday Time: 2:00 - 4:00 PM Location: BRCC Transylvania Campus Room: TRCT 217 Description: Learn how to read a lease and find all the obvious and hidden “gotcha” clauses that may should be eliminated or modified – and business terms that should be added - before you sign that lease. You will be introduced to terms and concepts that will minimize your leasing risk and lower your occupancy cost – both initially, and if unexpected circumstances come your way.
