Renee Hode, the Small Business Center director has been an amazing part of the launch of our non-profit organization, Be You Outreach Foundation, since the idea first took shape on a piece of paper in October 2023. SPCC's Small Business Center has provided us with invaluable support, including business consultants, QuickBooks training, and business development events, which have been crucial in establishing our foundation. They have guided our board of directors, helped us develop our business plan and program, and will support us in hosting our 12-week program starting in September 2024. Thanks to SPCC's Small Business Center, we have saved over $10,000 by effectively utilizing our business network.
Business Pitch: Be You Outreach Foundation is a Non-Profit organization focusing on empowering young females ages 14-20 with leadership skills, communication skills, self-worth, and more as they explore their artistic abilities like singing, painting, and acting as well as take care of their safety acquiring knowledge of the risk of human trafficking thru social media.
