The Small Business Center Network, comprised of 58 Small Business Centers throughout North Carolina, supports the development of new businesses and the growth of existing businesses by being a community-based provider of training, counseling, and resource information.
Confidential counseling services and access to resource libraries are free of charge. Some seminars and workshops require a minimal registration fee. Services provided by the Small Business Center Network can be customized to suit your specific business needs.
Confidential Business Counseling
Small Business Centers provide local, confidential, experienced counselors as advisors for new and existing businesses. Available on an as needed basis, this local confidential service acts as a sounding board for new ideas and or concerns you may have about your business. Our professional staff will help you find solutions to your challenging business questions. No question is too simple or complicated. There is no charge for this service.
Business Seminars and Workshops
Most seminars and workshops are available at no charge. The Small Business Center Network offers over 3,500 seminars and workshops throughout North Carolina each year. The Training Calendar contains a searchable database of offerings across the state.
