Strategies To Be More Competitive In A Virtual World (Webinar)

There was recently a story of a bike shop that had to close because their customers were buying online AFTER they came in and tested the bike in person. Restaurateurs are suffering if they don’t offer online ordering or delivery options. Nonprofit organizations are losing donors who are bombarded by email and social media fundraising. We live in a virtual world, and small businesses must adapt in order to compete. In this interactive webinar we will discuss some of your businesses as examples, identify risks, opportunities, and explore some creative strategies on how to improve our own businesses to adjust virtually. We will also share some free and inexpensive apps and systems that your business could use to compete, ensure that you have an online presence and to identify customer needs. You will be sent a survey to complete prior to the class to identify needs that we can address live.
