Topic: Government Contracting
The state government is the largest purchaser of goods and services in North Carolina. Many state contract opportunities contain participation goals for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB -minority, veteran, and women-owned businesses). Access to online resources and databases are critical to finding state government contract opportunities.
