Program Overview:

S.O.A.R. (Supporting Opportunities for Aspiring Rural Entrepreneurs) is an eight-week business development program designed specifically for rural, first-generation entrepreneurs who aspire to start their own business. The program aims to equip attendees with essential startup knowledge while also cultivating the professional and interpersonal skills needed to succeed as business owners. Throughout the program, attendees engage in a guided journey that includes self-discovery, business planning, operational strategy development, goal setting, networking, and effective resource utilization. S.O.A.R. is intentionally structured to provide the support and motivation participants need to confidently pursue and achieve their entrepreneurial goals.

ATTENTION: A separate registration is required for each of the eight (8) seminars beginning on Tuesday, April 21, and concluding on Tuesday, June 9.

NOTE: Participation in this event will fulfill a requirement for one or more of the Wilson SBC Academy Certificates.
