The internet has forever changed the landscape of mass communication. If you’re interested in reaching new customers with meaningful content that supports your small business, blogging and podcasting are accessible and meaningful channels you can use to tell your story to the masses to make a connection, build trust, encourage brand familiarity, and ultimately increase sales. Learn the basics of creating your own blog and/or podcast. Topics will include an introduction to blogging and podcasting, the development and maintenance of content and platforms, equipment needs, delivery format, best practices, and much more.
