Topic: Marketing and Sales

Customers usually make up their mind about a business before they ever talk to anyone. Maybe they see a sign, visit a website, scroll past a social post, walk into a store, or land on an online product page - and something either makes them feel comfortable or makes them hesitate.

In this session, we’ll look at real-life examples and talk through what works, what doesn’t, and why. Using a “do this, not that” approach, we’ll spot common issues like unclear pricing, missing information, cluttered messaging, messy socials, or a next step that isn’t obvious.

We’ll also spend a few minutes talking about ChatGPT: how it can help with marketing ideas and content, and why it’s important to review and personalize what it creates - especially when it comes to images and customer-facing messages.

You’ll leave with a simple checklist to help you look at your own business through your customer’s eyes and decide what to improve first.
