Opening your farm to guests is exciting—but there’s a lot that happens before you ever open the gate. Learn how preparation, planning, and the little details can turn a farm visit into an experience customers remember.
We’ll cover:
● Creating a welcoming first impression
● Signage, parking & the arrival experience
● Creating memorable, shareable moments
● Policies, communication, safety & being ready for the unexpected
If we have to cancel due to inclement weather, we will offer the training online.
