Money, Margins & Momentum
Most owners didn't start a business because they loved spreadsheets. They started it because they had a vision: a product, a craft, a community to serve. But the businesses that survive their slowest months and grow on purpose all have one thing in common: their owners know their numbers.
This focused, two-hour workshop is the express route to financial fluency. In a single fast-moving session, you'll learn to read the story your statements are telling, keep cash flowing through your slowest months, price your products to actually make a profit, and spot the warning signs of trouble before it arrives. It's the essential toolkit, distilled and taught through worked examples you can take straight back to your own books.
You'll leave with the formulas, the frameworks, and the confidence to make your next financial decision a deliberate one.
