Business Blueprint Series: Getting Clear on the Big Goals (WIGS) for Your Small Business
Many business owners struggle not because they aren’t working hard—but because they’re trying to focus on too many things at once. This class helps you simplify, prioritize, and focus on what actually moves your business forward.
You’ll be introduced to the concept of Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) and learn how to identify the top priorities that deserve your time and attention.
Throughout the session, you will learn:
Why too many goals can slow your progress
What WIGs are and how they create focus
How to narrow down your priorities
How to align your time and energy with what matters most
This class is designed for small business owners who feel scattered, overwhelmed, or unsure where to focus next.
By the end of the class, you’ll have greater clarity on your priorities and a more focused direction for your business.
This series is designed around forming your business blueprint. This four part series will help you in forging the path ahead with the perfect business blueprint to form the structure of your business.
