Welcome, Train, Empower: Building an Effective Volunteer Onboarding Experience - Online

This working workshop focuses on creating a high-impact orientation and onboarding experience. Participants will actively design or refine their onboarding flow, orientation agenda, and early training touchpoints—leaving with a structured plan that sets volunteers up for long-term success.
