Start Smart: The Foundational Basics for Effective Volunteer Programs - Online
This working workshop helps nonprofit leaders assess their current volunteer program foundations and actively build or strengthen the core elements needed for success. Participants will work on clarifying program purpose, defining volunteer roles, and outlining essential systems so they leave with a strong framework they can immediately put into practice.
