Starting a Business and Building a Business Plan - Online
A business can be as simplistic or complex as the stakeholders desire. Business planning could be completed on a napkin, could be haste, or could be a dynamic road map with measurable objectives. During this session, you will learn how to structure a business plan, conduct research, and comprehend strategic business frameworks that are taught in business school. In this course you should learn the following: -Analyze how a business plan is formatted for lenders, investors, and measurable objectives -Develop a business strategy that targets specific, measurable, and timely goals -Analyze how business schools design business strategies
