Organization and Time Management for Small Business Owners

Time is one of the most valuable resources to a small business owner, and effectively managing it can produce results you never thought were possible before. This seminar will teach you how to prioritize, delegate, set goals, manage interruptions and use time blocking and to-do lists to avoid procrastination and get the most out of your day.
