"Small Farm Series"- Part 3 - Selling to Restaurants, Grocery Stores & Food Suppliers This session will educate on selling to restaurants, grocery stores and other food suppliers. The morning will include a round table of local food businesses (restaurants, Food Matters Market, Ingles, EarthFare, the state farmers market). The afternoon session will be a group discussion and brainstorming session to develop executable on-farm strategies for marketing and packaging. There will be a 1 hour lunch break each day.
