If your Microsoft Teams app is stuck on a spinning or loading screen, it is likely a conflict between our two corporate networks. Please use this quick workaround to jump right in:

1. Copy the webinar join link from your email invitation.
2. Open a Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser window.
3. Open a new Incognito / InPrivate browsing window (this prevents your daily work account from blocking the link).
4. Paste the link into the address bar.
5. When prompted, select "Join on the web instead" and block any pop-ups asking to open your Teams app.
6. Type in your name and you will be let right into the session
