statement This three-part series is designed to transform your business concept into a high-scoring, fundable model by aligning your strategy with the Business Pitch Competition. Whether you are just starting to ideate, running a new startup, or scaling an established business, these webinars provide the blueprint for a winning pitch.

Seminar 1: Is There a Market for my Idea?

This session is for those needing to prove their idea has real-world legs. We move participants from vague concepts to defensible business models by focusing on the core problem and your unique place in the market.

• For Early-Stage Entrepreneurs: Learn to identify a specific, urgent problem and a clearly defined target customer to ensure your idea solves a genuine need from day one.

• For Businesses < 2 Years: Refine your value proposition to ensure it is compelling and clearly differentiated, helping you stand out in the marketplace rather than just "working" without distinction.

• For Businesses > 2 Years: Master the art of the defensible advantage. We will focus on proving your business is not "easy to copy" by highlighting intellectual property (IP), strategic relationships, cost leadership, or speed.

This webinar will be presented via Microsoft Teams platform. If you've never used Teams it will ask you to download onto your computer. We ask that you go ahead and complete this step, utilizing the same First Name, Last Name and Email address used during registration.

Once you do this it will allow you access to the webinar. We recommend that you sign in to the webinar at least five minutes prior to the start of the session to ensure you don't have any technical issues.
