Part 1 (February 18, 2025): Building a Strong Business House: Foundation and Framework
A strong business starts with a solid foundation and a sturdy framework. In this session, participants will focus on laying the groundwork for long-term success. Topics include establishing robust financial systems, developing clear operational processes, and creating strategies for scalability. Part 2 (March 4, 2025): Building a Strong Business House: Roof and Maintenance
With a solid foundation and framework in place, the next step is to protect and maintain your business house. This session will cover how to build a "roof" through effective branding, marketing, and customer engagement strategies. Additionally, participants will explore ways to innovate and adapt their operations to remain competitive and resilient. The session concludes with practical tips for maintaining and strengthening the business over time.
