Part 1 (February 18, 2025): Building a Strong Business House: Foundation and Framework

A strong business starts with a solid foundation and a sturdy framework. In this session, participants will focus on laying the groundwork for long-term success. Topics include establishing robust financial systems, developing clear operational processes, and creating strategies for scalability.
