Preparing to Lease Property from a Landlord

• Space Requirements & Budget: We’ll walk through what a small business needs, special requirements, what costs are associated with the typical lease and how to budget for. • Financial Capacity: Walk through what a Landlord will take a look at typically to see if the tenant is financially capable of Leasing the space (i.e. current business income, investors, loans, etc), • Selling yourself to the Landlord: How to put together all of the relevant information, making the Landlord want to choose you and your concept over other competing interests.

Finally, walking through 2-3 examples of the leasing process for: Nail/Hair Salon, Small restaurant, general retail space.
