UndertheHood

Something’s not right. You’re either working too hard, in over your head, not making a profit, you spun out or you’re afraid you’re going to. The reasons you got into this business crashed into reality. Or maybe things are so good you’re ready to build up! This first session will set the agenda together for a year of learning what you and your business need to run smoothly, stabilize or grow, and explore the available tools and resources.

Dani Black is an advisor, teacher, chef, designer, convener of sparky people to scaffold great work in food entrepreneurship. She has no problem waving the flag and pulling you into a pit if you’re in danger of spinning out. Her many years working with hundreds of chefs, entrepreneurs, architects, and CEO’s have taught her to pull no punches when it comes to building a strong foundation. A “great idea” is not enough, but the tools and resources are available to help you bring your dreams to life.
