Practical Advice: Working with Contractors

Are you passing out 1099s when you should be passing out W-2s? Come and learn whether the people working for you are independent contractors or employees. You will walk away with an understanding of the legal risks when you get this designation wrong and the steps you need to take to make sure that you are complying with the law.
