Black Business Momentum: A Cut Above. The Art and Science of Extraordinary Customer Service
In this abbreviated and interactive customer service workshop, business owners will discuss their current customer service challenges. We will define the key components of extraordinary customer service; highlight the impact of verbal and non-verbal communication and the importance of energy and enthusiasm in brand management.
