Conflict Resolution in the Workplace

At some point in time, every company will experience some kind of conflict in their workplace. This seminar will discuss what conflict really is, what the root causes are and how to manage it and work toward resolution. You can try to avoid conflict (bad idea), but you can't escape it. It is unavoidable. Learn how management can recognize and effectively deal with conflict and the dangers it poses, and how to move forward once conflict is resolved. The goal is to cultivate a culture of trust in your small business. This lunch and learn will be held at Youngsville Community House - 115 E Main St, Youngsville.
