Packing Your Toolbox For a Strong Nonprofit Series: Leadership Dev for Nonprofit Orgs

Registration is currently closed as capacity as been reached. This is seminar is part of a 6 part series (Packing Your Toolbox For a Strong Nonprofit Series). The topics to be covered include leadership, business plan development, financial management, board development, fundraising and finding and writing grants. The sessions will be held every other week beginning on February 8 and running through April 19. Once you enroll in the Leadership Development seminar, you will automatically be registered for the other 5 seminars associated with this series. Lunch provided beginning at 12:30 PM. This course will introduce participants to the nonprofit sector, nonprofit management, and concepts around both leadership and governance. We will explore the difference between management and leadership and the necessity of solid governance structures to lay the foundation for both.
