Ready Business: Disaster Preparedness for Small Business

Preparing for a disaster can save your small business, lives, merchandise and money. In this workshop, small business owners will understand the need for, and the key concepts of, business continuity and disaster preparedness planning; discover their disaster risks; and begin writing their individual disaster plans for their businesses. Brought to you in partnership with the Extension Disaster Education Network, NCSU, Franklin County Emergency Management and cooperating state/local government agencies. Lunch provided. Limited to 25 students. Seminar will be held in Room 401 on the Franklin Campus in Louisburg, NC.
