Business Plan Bootcamp

This one day, multisession workshop is designed for the current and prospective small business owner that is interested in creating or strengthening their business plan. During this workshop, attendees will walk through each section of the business plan, key strategies for development and leave with a business plan base to build from. Current and prospective small business owners will also gain a greater understanding of the resources available to assist them with the business planning process. Bring an idea and/or business plan and join a team of business resource providers as we develop business plans worthy of competition. Russ Seagle will be the presenter. Seagle is the executive director of The Sequoyah Fund, Inc., a Community Development Finance Institution located in Cherokee, NC. He is also the owner of Seagle Management Consulting, a small business consulting and development firm located in Cullowhee, NC. Russ speaks frequently on small business topics, including business planning, time management, customer service and marketing.
