This workshop is designed for small business owners who want a deeper understanding of business taxes and how to prepare effectively for the upcoming tax season. Led by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), the session builds on foundational tax knowledge and focuses on real-world application. Participants will review key federal and state tax considerations for small businesses, including common deductions, recordkeeping best practices, estimated taxes, payroll and sales tax considerations, and recent tax law updates that may impact their business. The class will also address common mistakes and proactive strategies to reduce risk and improve compliance. A significant portion of the session will be dedicated to live Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask business-specific questions and gain clarity on issues they are facing right now. This class is ideal for existing business owners who want practical guidance, increased confidence, and timely insight as they prepare to file their business taxes.
