Taxing Issues for Wineries & Vineyards: Unicap, CoGS, and Transfer of Grapes

This seminar will discuss the income tax relationships that may exist between co-owned vineyard and winery. Topics planned are Uniform Capitalization Rules, Cost-of-Goods-Sold, and how different transfer of grapes may affect the timing of income to the farming activity on the CoGS at the winery.
