Week 2: Mastering Communication & Conflict Resolution for Effective Leadership
In Week 2 of the series, participants will explore the essential communication skills and conflict resolution strategies necessary for modern leadership. Through interactive exercises and team-building activities, you’ll learn how to improve communication in both virtual and in-person settings, tailor your communication to different styles, and resolve conflicts. By the end of the session, you will have the tools to foster a more collaborative, harmonious team environment and handle difficult conversations with confidence and clarity.

Week 1: Unlocking Your Leadership Potential: The Power of Self & Team Awareness

In this interactive session, participants will explore the foundations of effective leadership by discovering their unique strengths and how to leverage them for more tremendous personal and team success. You will be introduced to tools like StrengthsFinder and Genius Spark to gain insights into your natural talents and foster a growth mindset. You will engage in reflection exercises designed to boost self-awareness. By the end of this session, you will clearly understand practical strategies for personal growth and the tools necessary to enhance team collaboration and feedback.

Week 3: Building Strong Workplace Relationships: Vertically and Horizontally

In this session, participants will dive into the strategies necessary for building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels of the workplace. You’ll learn how to foster peer connections through emotional intelligence and trust, develop a personal network for support, and manage both upward and downward relationships. Whether working in a virtual or in-person environment, you will leave with a deeper understanding of collaborating, empowering others, and building trust, enhancing your leadership effectiveness and overall team cohesion.
