A business plan is a document that outlines your business’s financial goals and explains how you’ll achieve them. A strong, detailed plan will provide a road map for the business’s success! Nearly 70% of successful business owners recommend writing a business plan before you start a business, and yet, more than 10% of prospective business owners said they do not intend to write a business plan.
