This seminar is designed for new and established business owners. This seminar introduces basic concepts and individual components necessary to write a business plan. Topics include the executive summary, business forms and structures, insurance and risk assessment, the marketing plan, managerial operations, and pro-formal financial statements. Additional topics will include attributes necessary for entrepreneurs to be successful as well as business opportunity evaluation. Upon completion, current and future small business owners should be able to differentiate between a business idea and an opportunity and transform the business opportunity into a written business plan.
