In the final part of this series, we'll dig deeper into some food-unique aspects of the business planning process, including self-assessment for current and future entrepreneurs. What do you need to know, to be good at or to hire for? Participants are encouraged to bring their recipes, their plans, their questions and challenges to this workshop-style round-up that will help you strengthen your plans and connect to resources.
