MEET THE SPEAKERS
Dr. Michael Barbera, chief behavioral officer at Clicksuasion Labs, is an award-winning consumer psychologist and business strategist. Tara McAlister is a seasoned Human Resources Advisor with over 20 years of experience helping businesses build strong teams, navigate complex HR challenges, and drive organizational success. Currently with Catapult, she partners with business leaders to tackle employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and staff development. Tara's career spans impactful roles at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose and Throat and Insperity, where she honed her expertise working with small to mid-size businesses. A passionate networker, Tara is Chair of the Union County Chamber's Ambassador Program and serves on the boards of Common Heart and Union Diversified Industries. Residing in Indian Trail, NC, Tara is dedicated to empowering small business owners with the tools and strategies to succeed.
Wade Younger is a former CEO, COO and current AI Program Strategy Advisor at Humana, overseeing 200+ AI implementation and use cases at the organization. In this role, he leads and drives complex, cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of accountability and impact. By leveraging data-driven decision-making, he navigates ambiguity to ensure informed and effective outcomes. Partnering closely with business and technology leaders across the enterprise, he ensures seamless integration and execution of AI initiatives. With a deep knowledge of AI and program/product management, he delivers impactful results that align with strategic goals. With 38 years in the technology sector, he’s a dynamic entrepreneur and thought leader in the AI space and author of 15 books. As the founder of two groundbreaking businesses in the realms of FinTech and MarTech, he specializes in innovative technologies to drive industry advancements. His insights into the impact of AI on humans, workplaces and businesses have distinguished him as a sought-after TEDx speaker.
