Powerful Communication: From Conflict to Commitment

Conflict will either serve to divide or unite those involved. Division is the result of trying to control another; unity is the result of utilizing the conflict for growth. In this session of the “Powerful Communication” package, we will learn how to utilize relational tensions for the purpose of growing in our commitment to each other and to our common goals.
