Understanding Different Legal and Business Structures: When choosing the right legal entity for your business it is important to understand the legal liability, cost of formation, and tax implications that may affect your decision. Come to this session to learn about the differences between being a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, or a corporation. What Makes Your Business Stand Out From The Crowd? Developing Your Value Propositions: Come to this session where we will walk through an exercise designed to develop your unique value proposition. From there you can use your value proposition to develop your elevator pitch. Be prepared to talk to anyone, anywhere, about why your business is special and why people should choose to do business with you. Will I make Money? Calculating Your Break-Even Point: If you are not going to make any money, what is the point of it all? Come to this session where we will explain the difference between fixed and variable costs. Learn how to calculate how much you will have to sell to just break even, and how many sales you will need to be profitable.
