How to Handle Difficult People

As we all know, the way we deal with our customers helps to determine the success or failure of many small businesses. We also know that, the customer is not always right. This course will look at ways to provide great customer service. We will look at the tools we need, the tools we already have, and our personality compared to the customer’s personality. We will look at how knowing ourselves better will help us deal with difficult customers and end up with a more positive outcome. We will, also, look at what we must do to make every situation a win-win for everyone.
